The wine is crisp and there's a touch of sweetness, which is tempered by the
acidity and chill of the wine. But the neatest thing is the closure. YT is the
first to use the "Zork," which still provides the pop when you remove it, and
can reseal the bottle and hold the pressure for several days. Just peel off
the foil over the Zork, pull the rubber tab at the base and unwind it all the
way off. Use your thumb to gently force the Zork upward and out; listen for
the pop. To reseal, press the red button in the middle of the Zork down until
it clicks and seat it on the bottle. To remove it, lift and twist it off.
